Features voice input, photo parsing, model number lookup, and smart affiliate-linked reorder suggestions. Built for consumers, landlords, property managers, and enterprise.
Automated video marketing platform. Load any product or service — the system generates scripts, neural voiceover, B-roll video, and social posts automatically. Your only job is approve or reject. Runs a full pipeline from AI copy through FFmpeg rendering to multi-platform social distribution. Currently runs at $20.62/month.
AI-powered scholarship management platform for families. Role-based logins for parents and students, scholarship tracker with AI lead generation, essay vault, AI strategic coaching, and application packet generator. Built on Supabase with serverless functions and a live Claude AI integration — deployed and in active use.

I'm an entrepreneur, inventor, and educator based in Elk Grove, California. My work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, practical product design, and real-world problem solving.
I build things that matter to real people — a scholarship platform I built for my own kids, an inventory app that solves a problem every homeowner and landlord has, a video marketing system that gives small businesses a tool previously only available to large teams.
Before focusing full-time on product development, I spent three years as a K–12 substitute teacher handling everything from kindergarten through long-term assignments in film, physics, and math. That experience taught me how to communicate complex ideas clearly — which turns out to be the most important skill in building software for real users.
I also work in California policy advocacy, having developed full legislative frameworks around atmospheric water generation and emerging infrastructure technology.
